1. Agreement
These terms govern Bazaar, operated by ANSY GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, registered in Pakistan ("Company", "we", "us"), not Klynd trading products. By using Bazaar after a reasonable opportunity to review these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing and is not a waiver of rights.
2. Eligibility/accounts
You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age for independent online-service use locally, and have guardian permission where required. Use your own authorized Apple/Google account. Reasonably protect your device/sign-in and report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, choose offensive/misleading profile details, trade accounts or bypass suspensions. Names need not be legal names. Unique tags are not property rights or permanent reservations.
3. Licence and intellectual property
Subject to these and applicable store licence terms, you have limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play for lawful entertainment. Software, branding, artwork/audio belong to us or licensors. Do not redistribute, sell, commercially exploit or copy protected materials without permission, or reverse engineer except where law permits. You retain rights in supplied information and permit its processing/display only as needed to operate, secure and support Bazaar.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, collude, automate without permission, exploit bugs, tamper with requests, attack systems, spam invites, harass, attempt unauthorized access or infringe rights. Report bugs privately rather than exploit them. We may validate moves, enforce timeouts, rate-limit requests and investigate abuse. Missed turns can trigger automatic actions under game rules. Entertainment results do not entitle you to money or compensation.
5. Availability
This release is free with no ads/purchases. You pay device/connectivity/carrier costs. Future paid/advertising features will be disclosed with legally required approvals/consent; these terms do not authorize undisclosed charges. We may improve, rebalance, update, limit or discontinue features for legitimate operational, legal, security or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, permanent progress, error-free operation or particular outcomes. Required notices/remedies remain available. Outages and network/device limitations affect play.
6. Third parties and safety
Apple, Google and providers operate their services under their terms. We do not control other players/external communications. Friendship is not identity verification/endorsement. Bazaar offers preset reactions, not arbitrary chat. Report abusive invites, inappropriate names or cheating to support@klynd.trade with the tag/time, not private credentials.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may proportionately restrict access for serious/repeated breaches, fraud, security threats, legal duties or harm. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and allow support contact about mistakes. Permanently delete your account at Profile → Privacy & account → Delete account. Uninstalling alone does not delete it. Anonymous shared game records may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bazaar is provided "as is"/"as available" without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness or non-infringement. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect/consequential losses, lost profits/opportunities or events outside reasonable control. Where lawful, aggregate liability for service claims is limited to the greater of your Bazaar payments in the preceding 12 months and USD 100.
Mandatory protections override exclusions. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, death/personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, mandatory data-protection remedies, consumer guarantees or any other non-excludable liability. Consumers need not indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.
9. Law and disputes
Pakistan law governs to the extent permitted by applicable conflict/consumer rules. Islamabad courts have jurisdiction subject to mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your residence country. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections elsewhere. No compulsory arbitration, waiver of non-waivable collective remedies or shortened statutory claim period is imposed. 10. Apple and general terms
These terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance/support. Apple's Standard EULA and mandatory terms remain effective; these service terms do not reduce platform protections. Where applicable under Apple's licence terms, Apple/subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
Material changes apply prospectively with notice/consent where required, without removing accrued rights. Unenforceable provisions are limited/severed only as needed; the remainder survives. Enforcement delay is not waiver. Transfers must respect law and statutory rights.
