Delete your account

Your account. Your choice.

Request deletion of your Sweet Smoosh account and associated personal data by email. You do not need to reinstall the game. This request applies to Sweet Smoosh, not your Google/Apple account, Bazaar or Klynd services.

Delete inside the game

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings → Profile & account → Delete account.
  3. Read the explanation and choose Permanently delete account.
  4. If your account is linked to Apple, complete Apple verification so its authorization can be revoked.
  5. Stay connected until the game confirms deletion. Cancelling verification does not delete the account.

The current build removes the signed-in account’s save and backup from this device after confirmed server deletion. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.

Cannot access the game?

  1. Email support@klynd.trade with the subject Delete my Sweet Smoosh account.
  2. Include your @player_tag if available and the sign-in email or Apple relay address associated with the account. If you no longer know these, explain what information you can provide.
  3. We will verify ownership before deleting account information. Never send passwords, one-time codes, session tokens or identity documents unless a specific, justified secure process is explained.

What the request covers

After verification, deletion covers your Sweet Smoosh sign-in identity and associated profile, cloud progress, wallet/lives, friend relationships, gifts and competition participation records. Deletion is permanent; signing in again creates a new account rather than restoring the deleted one.

What may remain

Limited security logs, legally required records, support correspondence or isolated provider backups may remain only where needed for legitimate purposes or backup cycles. We will explain any applicable retention when handling your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Copies of local saves on your devices are separate. Clear the game’s app data or uninstall it to remove local copies as appropriate. That action alone does not delete an online account.

Current development build

In-app deletion is implemented in the current development build. Apple-linked deletion requires Apple verification/revocation to be configured; if the game cannot confirm completion, retry or use the email route above. We verify ownership and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
