1. Who we are
Sweet Smoosh is operated by ANSY GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, registered in Pakistan ("we", "us"). Contact support@klynd.trade, or info@klynd.trade, about privacy or your information.
2. Information we process
- Device storage: level progress, stars, an unfinished puzzle, game balances and preferences such as music, effects and motion are saved on your device.
- Required sign-in: Google or Apple supplies an account identifier and may supply email/profile information, including an Apple relay address. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Session credentials authenticate your account; supported device secure storage protects the saved refresh credential.
- Online game features: account-linked progress, player display name, unique player tag, internal account identifiers, requests and friendships, coin/life balances, gifts and transactions needed to operate the game.
- Weekly competitions: entry group, puzzle attempts, recorded game actions, completions, stars, moves, timing, standings and awards. These records support result verification and fair rewards.
- Support: the information you choose to send, including screenshots or correspondence.
- Service operation: hosting and sign-in providers may process IP addresses, request times and technical/security logs to provide and protect their services.
Ordinary gameplay does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. These information pages do not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Notification choices
Optional lives and weekly reminders are scheduled on your phone using game state and your choices. You can switch these off in Settings → Notifications or phone settings. Local reminders do not need a remote push registration token.
When friend/gift push delivery is enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service process a device registration token and delivery information. We associate a token, installation identifier, platform, category preferences and registration time with your signed-in account. A binding secret is stored in supported device secure storage. Alerts use generic text, but can appear on the lock screen. Disabling notifications removes the device registration when connected; if offline, removal retries after reconnection. Phone settings can block alerts immediately. These delivery features are not active until configured for Sweet Smoosh.
3. Why we use it
We use information to run the game, authenticate accounts, sync progress, handle friends and gifts, verify competitive results, deliver rewards, answer support requests and protect the service. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement, legitimate interests in reliable operation/security balanced against your rights, consent where required, or a legal obligation.
4. What other players can see
Friend features use your display name and unique @player_tag. Competition participants can see player names, rank and game results such as completions, stars and moves. Your sign-in email and session credentials are not part of normal player-facing profiles or standings. Avoid putting private information in a player name.
5. Service providers & transfers
We use Supabase for game authentication and database services, Google and Apple for sign-in where enabled, Cloudflare to host these information pages, and Firebase/APNs for optional remote notifications when enabled. Those providers process information needed to operate their services under their applicable terms. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
We operate from Pakistan, and providers may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer protections depend on the service and law; contact us for information relevant to your request. We may disclose information when lawfully required, to protect rights/security, or to advisers and service providers acting for those purposes.
6. Retention & deletion
We retain account-linked information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, support or legal purposes. You can use Settings → Profile & account → Delete account, or request deletion of your Sweet Smoosh account and associated data through support. We verify ownership before processing destructive requests and explain any information that must be retained.
Deleting the app does not delete an online account. Local progress/preferences can remain on other devices until you clear app data there. Limited logs, correspondence or isolated provider backups may remain for security, legal requirements or backup cycles, with access limited as appropriate; retained copies are not intended to restore a deleted playable account.
7. Your choices & rights
Sign in with Google or Apple to play. You can control audio and optional notifications in Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or complain to your data-protection authority. Email us to exercise rights. We may ask for proportionate ownership verification; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
8. Families & younger players
The current release is intended for players aged 13 and older. Parents and guardians should supervise younger players’ use of online accounts and social features. Where parental permission is legally required, it must be obtained before personal information is provided. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion. This statement does not represent a parental-consent verification service.
9. Security & changes
We use encrypted connections, server-side account access controls and supported device secure storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Features are still in development; we will update this policy when practices change and provide notice or seek consent where required.
