1. About these terms
These terms apply to Sweet Smoosh, operated by ANSY GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, registered in Pakistan. They do not apply to Bazaar or Klynd trading services. Our Privacy Policy explains information processing. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Sign-in with Google or Apple is required before gameplay. The current release is intended for players aged 13 and older. Use only an account you are authorized to use, and meet applicable minimum-age and parental-permission requirements for online services. Parents or guardians should supervise younger players. Keep your device and sign-in secure. Do not impersonate someone, trade accounts or put private or offensive information in a display name.
3. Permission to play
Subject to applicable law and platform terms, we give you limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to play for lawful entertainment. Our software, branding, artwork and audio are protected by applicable rights or licences. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission. Exceptions permitted by law remain available.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play without permission, exploit bugs, forge results, attack the service, spam requests, harass others or attempt unauthorized access. We may validate action records, enforce limits, investigate abuse and proportionately restrict access when necessary. Report problems privately to support@klynd.trade.
5. Coins, lives & weekly events
Coins, lives, tools and prizes are gameplay features with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. The current development build offers no real-money purchases or rewarded ads. Future paid features would require separate disclosure and applicable store/consent processes.
Weekly events use eligibility rules, entry windows, puzzle objectives and qualifying standings shown in the game. Only eligible verified results received before the deadline count. Participation does not guarantee a prize. We may correct errors or disqualify fraudulent results. Network interruptions and late submissions can affect participation.
6. Development & availability
The game is in development. Features, level balance, event rules and compatibility may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, infinitely unique content, permanent online services or compatibility with every device. We will provide notices or remedies where law requires. You remain responsible for device/connectivity costs.
7. Deletion & restrictions
Use Settings → Profile & account → Delete account, or request permanent account deletion through support. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete server records. We may restrict accounts for serious abuse, security threats or legal obligations, subject to applicable rights. Contact us about a restriction you believe is mistaken.
8. Consumer protections
To the extent law allows, the development service is offered as available, without additional guarantees. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable privacy remedies. You retain any non-waivable rights in your country.
9. Platforms & contact
Google, Apple and hosting/sign-in providers operate their own services under their terms. These game-service terms are with us, not Apple or Google, and do not reduce mandatory platform terms. Contact support@klynd.trade or info@klynd.trade.
